Absolutely. We are located in Highland Illinois.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
All in-stock items ship within 1-2 business days. Items that are not in stock at time of purchase typically take 5 business days to be shipped. If 5 business days have passed and you still have no received a shipping confirmation email, send an email support@builtbybattle.com. Please include your order number so we can expedite our assistance.
Digital items such as gift cards are emailed automatically after purchase.
Where are your products made?
Our products and blank garments are sourced from a combination of domestic and international vendors and suppliers. To ensure transparency, each product will have a product tag indicating its country of origin.
We strive to keep as many jobs in the USA as possible and therefore, any blank garments sourced from international suppliers are imported to the USA for further processing. This process, known as "white-labeling," involves adding the desired design, labeling, tagging, and packaging.
We purchase blank garments from wholesalers (mostly USA based) and have them processed in-house or locally for printing, embroidery, labeling, tagging, and packaging. This allows us to label our final products as "Produced In The USA with Imported Materials."
We warehouse all items at our facility in Illinois for fulfillment and distribution to our customers.
